This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage DeleteMe's involvement in public sector events at the federal, state, and local levels, including RSAC Public Sector Day, GEOINT, Billington CyberSecurity Summit, NCSL, NASCIO, RGA/DGA, and agency or state-specific briefings.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content tailored to federal, state, and local audiences, such as case studies, one-pagers, briefing decks, and thought leadership materials, translating DeleteMe's commercial narrative regarding personal data risk, social engineering, and insider threats into terminology that resonates with government security, HR, force protection, and legislative stakeholders across all government tiers.
• Equip the public sector sales team with battle cards, capture support resources, and communication strategies targeting federal and state/local (SLED) audiences, ensuring that this material remains up-to-date as the competitive and regulatory environments evolve.
• Work alongside sales teams to provide marketing content for RFI/RFP responses, capability statements, and documentation of past performance.
• Gain an understanding of DeleteMe's positioning within schedules, federal contract vehicles (GSA, SEWP, OTAs), state and local procurement processes, and relationships with channel/reseller partners, ensuring that marketing accurately reflects this context.
• Monitor event ROI, content engagement, and pipeline influence across federal, state, and local public sector segments, and relay insights back to the wider marketing team.
• A minimum of 2–5 years of pertinent marketing experience, preferably in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
• Experience in federal or defense-related marketing; having worked at a government contractor, defense tech firm, or federal-focused SaaS organization is essential, as this buyer differs from a commercial buyer with just a different logo. Experience in state and local government (SLED) marketing is a definite advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of the public sector ecosystem, including its acronyms, events calendar, and the procurement rhythms and compliance aspects that influence transactions at federal, state, and local levels; familiarity with security clearance is an asset, but not mandatory.
• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities, with experience collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams being a plus.
• Bonus: Established relationships with federal, state, or local security, HR, or force protection communities, or experience in marketing to DoD, IC, civilian agencies, state legislatures, or governors' offices specifically.
• Comprehensive health benefits - Medical, Vision, Dental
• 401k matching
• 20 days of paid time off
• 15 sick days
• 12 company-paid holidays
• Childcare expense reimbursement
• Fitness and cell phone reimbursement
• Birthday time off
• Benefits and eligibility may vary based on role, employment status, and other factors.
