This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, organize, promote, and provide support for Ameresco's regional events, tradeshows, conferences, and corporate gatherings.

• Oversee event logistics, timelines, vendor communication, staffing, booth inventory, shipping, setup, materials preparation, on-site assistance, lead capture, and follow-up after events.

• Conduct research and monitor opportunities for events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and partnerships.

• Establish event objectives, coordinate with participants, and evaluate engagement outcomes.

• Create and manage event-related content, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Maintain the company's event calendar and assist with promotional activities.

• Administer industry memberships and manage relationships with associations.

• Keep an updated directory of market research and analyst reports.

• Act as a primary contact for key event organizers and vendors.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, regional, and corporate teams to enhance campaigns and marketing initiatives.

• Provide support for marketing operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in marketing, event coordination, or a similar role.

• Understanding of event planning, tradeshow coordination, and travel logistics.

• Ability to travel up to 25% for events, conferences, and tradeshows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management capabilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.

• Team-oriented interpersonal skills.

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
