This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of 3β5 paid channels from start to finish β initiate, expand, and refine campaigns to achieve subscriber and ROI targets.
β’ Oversee bidding, budget management, and audience targeting, adapting strategies as performance and platform conditions evolve.
β’ Evaluate and experiment with new channels, partners, and advertisement formats β consistently exploring potential new channels for growth.
β’ Make decisions based on lifetime value rather than solely front-end costs β LTV-focused thinking is essential to this role.
β’ Comprehend how each channel contributes to the overall subscription funnel.
β’ Generate testing ideas across the entire funnel β including copy, product, offers, instant-upgrade flows, and pricing β not limited to the ad platform alone.
β’ Rigorously utilize data to uncover opportunities that others might overlook and convert them into actionable strategies.
β’ Lead the creative development for your channels β producing a diverse range of advertisements, formats, and perspectives.
β’ Experiment with what performs well and iterate swiftly; comfortable crafting and testing your own ad copy.
β’ Exhibit strong data fluency β assess and analyze performance across channels and highlight actionable insights.
β’ Possess a thorough understanding of our tools and data flow to identify when something isnβt tracking or functioning as anticipated.
β’ Conduct thorough, well-organized tests with a persistent ambition to surpass the control.
β’ Leverage AI tools daily for creative development, copywriting, data analysis, and more to enhance speed and testing capacity.
β’ Collaborate with our tech team to develop and refine AI workflows and automation for your channels as they streamline aspects of channel management.
β’ Provide insights on where AI can handle routine tasks and where human judgment remains crucial, helping us define this distinction as the technology evolves.
β’ Stay informed about AI advancements pertinent to paid media, creativity, and analytics, and share the most beneficial insights with the team.
β’ Proven expertise in managing paid channels β hands-on experience overseeing and scaling platforms such as Google, Bing, Meta, and native/prospecting systems (Taboola, Dianomi, LiveIntent, and similar).
β’ Practical experience utilizing AI in your marketing efforts β AI workflows, AI for data analysis, AI for creative generation β with a desire to further explore automation.
β’ Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with the capacity to translate analysis into actionable steps and a relentless ambition to surpass the control.
