Marketing Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the company's branding and marketing strategy by analyzing trends and assessing previous marketing efforts.

• Oversee and coordinate content strategies in partnership with social media and performance marketing agencies.

• Strategize and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and events both online and offline.

• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

• Mentor and supervise marketing working students tasked with social media activities.

• Maintain a comprehensive overview of all marketing-related efforts and independently manage projects.

• Spearhead the practical execution of marketing initiatives from concept to implementation.

• Ensure consistency and alignment of the brand across all marketing channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the hospitality, food & beverage, or retail sectors.

• Strong project management abilities with a capacity to juggle multiple marketing projects simultaneously.

• Experience in collaborating with or managing external agencies, including those focused on social media, performance marketing, and design.

• Proficiency in developing and overseeing content strategies across various marketing platforms.

• A hands-on approach with the capability to execute campaigns from inception to completion.

• Strong analytical skills to assess marketing trends and past marketing activities.

• Experience in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

• Familiarity with Indian or German culture is an advantage.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing analytics.

• Ability to work in accordance with CET business hours.
