Marketing Expert – Paid Growth, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create task briefs rooted in actual paid acquisition efforts.

• Clearly define the objectives of each task, including common pitfalls and the insights that proficient practitioners should gain.

• Outline necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states to ensure tasks are realistic.

• Write or evaluate reference answers and criteria that differentiate strong responses from those that are plausible yet incorrect.

• Analyze attempts by AI agents and assess them against established professional benchmarks.

• Develop and evaluate tasks that encompass diagnosis, prioritization, trade-offs, planning, execution, quality assurance, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration.

• Engage in Paid Growth environments that involve diagnosing campaign performance, budget management, funnel and pipeline assessment, lead recovery, account-based marketing, and optimizing web and pricing journeys.

• Collaborate on initiatives aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Direct practitioner experience in executing paid acquisition strategies.

• Responsible for budget and outcomes, rather than merely overseeing others who perform the tasks.

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4.

• Prior experience in developing AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is highly preferred.

• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to articulate the rationale behind decisions.

• Must complete a brief multiple-choice knowledge assessment related to the specific sub-domain.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.
