Marketing Expert – Paid Growth, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create task briefs informed by actual paid acquisition activities.

• Determine the objectives of each task, including specific issues and the conclusions a proficient practitioner should arrive at.

• Outline necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states to ensure task realism.

• Compose or evaluate reference answers and criteria that distinguish strong responses from plausible yet incorrect ones.

• Analyze AI agent attempts and assess them against established practitioner standards.

• Develop and evaluate tasks that encompass diagnosis, prioritization, tradeoffs, planning, execution, QA, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration.

• Address paid growth subjects such as campaign performance diagnosis, budget allocation, funnel and pipeline analysis, lead recovery, account-based marketing, and optimization of web and pricing journeys.

• Engage in projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience as a practitioner in paid acquisition.

• Responsibility for managing paid acquisition budgets and outcomes.

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4.

• Prior experience in constructing AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies is highly preferred.

• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.

• Ability to articulate clear written reasoning and justify decision-making processes.

• Completion of a brief multiple-choice knowledge assessment specific to paid growth.

• Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor.
