Marketing Expert – Marketing Analytics, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop task briefs grounded in practical marketing analytics activities.

• Determine the objectives of each task, including embedded challenges and decisions that a proficient practitioner should address.

• Outline the necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states needed for authentic task execution.

• Draft or evaluate benchmark answers and criteria that differentiate strong responses from plausible but incorrect ones.

• Analyze attempts made by AI agents and assess them against expert benchmarks.

• Construct and rigorously test Marketing Analytics environments aimed at assessing and enhancing AI agents.

• Tackle anomaly detection, channel-performance synthesis, cross-source reconciliation, attribution and incrementality analysis, as well as decision-support reporting.

• Evaluate capabilities encompassing diagnosis, prioritization, trade-offs, planning, execution, quality assurance, reconciliation, triage, escalation, research, evaluation, reporting, and multi-tool orchestration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience as a hands-on practitioner in marketing analytics; must have directly engaged in this work rather than solely managing others.

• Proficient in Google Analytics 4.

• Skilled in a product analytics tool such as Amplitude.

• Experienced with a CRM system like Salesforce.

• Knowledgeable in ad platform reporting.

• Previous experience in developing AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is highly preferred.

• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.

• Excellent written reasoning skills with the ability to articulate the rationale behind decisions.

• Required to complete a brief multiple-choice knowledge screener specific to marketing analytics.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.

• Currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
