Marketing Expert – Lifecycle, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop task briefs grounded in actual lifecycle or CRM marketing activities.

• Determine the objectives of each task, including embedded issues and the judgments a proficient practitioner should make.

• Outline the necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool configurations required for realistic task execution.

• Compose or evaluate reference answers and criteria that differentiate strong responses from plausible yet incorrect ones.

• Assess AI agent attempts and measure them against established professional standards.

• Design and rigorously test simulated lifecycle environments to assess and enhance AI agents.

• Tackle tasks that involve diagnosing complex or contradictory data, prioritizing and making trade-offs, planning and executing, conducting QA and reconciliation, managing triage and escalation, performing research and evaluation, reporting, and orchestrating multiple tools.

• Engage in lifecycle areas such as contact strategy, milestone campaigns, customer communications, deliverability and list health, and lifecycle portfolio optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience as a practitioner in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.

• Proven track record of owning the sending program and its incrementality.

• Proficient in working with an ESP, a CRM like Salesforce, and product analytics tools such as Amplitude.

• Previous experience in developing AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is highly preferred.

• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional written communication skills with an ability to articulate decision-making rationales.

• Required to complete a brief multiple-choice knowledge assessment specific to the sub-domain.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.

• H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible.
