This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Cultivate and maintain partnerships; create and implement partnership activation strategies.
• Oversee paid media partnerships and commercial relationships within the European market.
• Represent TeamFeePay at events and sponsored tournaments.
• Manage the content calendar, including monthly planning, toolkit distribution, and partner briefings.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities in Spain and Italy, assisting with pitching and onboarding processes.
• Attend federation events and trade shows in Spain and Italy as a representative of TeamFeePay.
• Develop and execute comprehensive campaign activities for Spain and Italy.
• Handle organic social media management for Spain and Italy.
• Organize and oversee events in the European region, including federation conferences, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
• Create blog posts, case studies, videos, and content programs for Spain and Italy that enhance pipeline and brand visibility.
• Manage the quarterly newsletter targeting European markets.
• Provide the Brand Team with briefs on organic creative needs for EU markets.
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Executive on content deployment across paid channels.
• Handle incoming sales enablement requests, including briefing, routing, and tracking to ensure completion.
• Work in partnership with the Spanish and Italian sales and account management teams, attending regular meetings to understand the pipeline and relay marketing activities back to the business.
• Report on the performance of European marketing initiatives, partnership activities, and campaign outcomes.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, with hands-on involvement in partnerships, content creation, and campaign management.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish; Italian proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Experience in marketing across diverse countries or cultures, with essential experience in the European market.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills, adaptable across various formats and audiences.
• Confident in managing external relationships with commercial partners and suppliers.
• Background in briefing creative teams and overseeing third-party production suppliers.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in grassroots football and the communities involved; football knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
• Openness to travel within Europe and the UK.
