This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

• Help in building brand recognition on online platforms.

• Oversee and enhance paid search initiatives through Google Ads.

• Perform keyword analysis and utilize SEO best practices to boost organic performance.

• Create, edit, and refine captivating marketing content.

• Generate innovative content such as short videos, blog articles, and email marketing campaigns.

• Work alongside the web design team to develop effective landing pages and improve conversion rates.

• Evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies based on analytical data, adhering to best practice guidelines.

• Set up and oversee analytics and tracking tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

• Generate monthly performance summaries and analyze all ongoing campaigns.

• Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and needs.

• Monitor and report on competitors' marketing activities.

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to assist in content and image creation processes.

• Collaborate effectively with designers and developers.

• Provide support to the team with campaign coordination and general marketing administrative tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a digital marketing position, preferably within an agency setting.

• At least one year of demonstrated experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.

• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research tools, and on-page optimization techniques.

• Essential strong video editing capabilities and proficient written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or higher).

• Proficient in analytics and reporting tools, especially Google Analytics.

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret campaign data accurately.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks across various projects.

• A proactive self-starter with a keen interest in digital marketing and emerging trends.

• Nice to have: Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).

• Nice to have: Familiarity with CRM tools.

• Nice to have: Experience working remotely with a UK or international brand.

• Nice to have: Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
