Marketing Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire marketing operations for TD, including website management, SEO, organic and paid social media strategies, content creation, email marketing, event promotion, and performance analytics.

• Engage in hands-on tasks such as crafting copy, executing campaigns, developing landing pages, and analyzing performance data.

• Collaborate with coaching and operations teams to enhance event attendance, generate leads, and elevate brand visibility.

• Administer TD's website, landing pages, conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and monitor Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn; actively engage with the I Love Dentistry Facebook group.

• Execute and refine Meta advertising campaigns; oversee the monthly advertising budget and test various creative assets.

• Develop article outlines, create lead magnets, and produce event summary PDFs and infographics.

• Handle segmentation, scheduling, and automations; provide performance reports.

• Maintain the marketing dashboard and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Investigate new lead generation strategies; optimize landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and booking processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in coaching, consulting, or healthcare-related fields is a plus).

• Possession of a degree or diploma in marketing or a related discipline; progress toward CIM/SLIM certification is advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience in paid social media, SEO, and email marketing.

• Strong copywriting skills; familiarity with Canva and Google Workspace is essential.

• Preferably experienced with Meta and Google Ads.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, results-focused, and open to coaching.

• Knowledge of the dental industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
