This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of the complete event calendar, program vision, and strategy in alignment with GTM priorities and business objectives.
• Position events as a fundamental driver of pipeline, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
• Establish clear success metrics for each event and the overall portfolio.
• Monitor performance, assess ROI, and provide insights to enhance future investments.
• Lead the planning and execution of Tier 1 events, executive engagements, and impactful brand activations.
• Ensure that each event offers a consistent, premium, and distinctive Momentus experience.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen to create and implement integrated promotion strategies across email, paid media, social platforms, and content.
• Guarantee robust pre-event pipeline development and effective post-event follow-up.
• Allocate budgets according to strategic priorities and anticipated ROI.
• Manage comprehensive financial oversight, including POs, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
• Oversee all event logistics, including AV, signage, catering, staffing, setup, and on-site execution.
• Handle vendor sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Ensure accurate lead capture and monitoring.
• Track lead progression through the sales funnel and collaborate with Sales on follow-up and conversion strategies.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Brand to ensure that messaging and experiences align with core value propositions.
• Serve as the connective link among teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Shape and enhance the Momentus event experience and identity.
• Maintain consistency and quality across every touchpoint, from invitations to follow-up.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS context.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events across various formats and scales.
• Experience in defining objectives, measuring performance, and reporting on event ROI.
• Understanding of how events contribute to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Outstanding project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage complex logistics and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to align teams around a unified event strategy.
• Experience in managing budgets, vendor contracts, and external partnerships.
• Comfortable balancing cost, quality, and impact.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Maintains composure under pressure—particularly on event day.
• Familiarity with event management tools, CRM systems, and lead capture technologies.
• Background in events, hospitality, or venue management industries is a plus.
