This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the planning and implementation of significant company events while supporting executive-level initiatives.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive planning and assist with the execution of Intapp's flagship programs.
• Oversee group travel logistics, including flight arrangements, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Manage event budgets with a focus on discipline and creativity.
• Act as the primary liaison for attendees, executives, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with full-service event planning agencies for venue selection and contract negotiations.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, run-of-show documents, and communication timelines for each program.
• Assist in the planning and logistics for executive advisory board programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in event management; experience in hotel operations, incentive travel, luxury hospitality, or high-touch corporate events is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing group travel logistics in collaboration with travel management companies (TMCs) and full-service event planning agencies.
• Experience working with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to coordinate local ground operations, off-site excursions, and event programming.
• Proven ability to manage event budgets effectively under constraints.
• Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in event management platforms (Swoogo, Accelevents) and project management tools (Asana).
• A curious mindset and eagerness to explore how AI can enhance event personalization, attendee communications, and post-event reporting.
• Availability to travel and work on-site at events (approximately 20% of the time).
