This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee logistics, booth assets, shipping, and vendor requirements for 3–4 industry conferences.

• Organize and implement a specialized customer conference and a prestigious cocktail event in Denver. Handle venue logistics, catering, audio-visual needs, and overall attendee experience.

• Create and uphold the master event timeline. Proactively coordinate with internal stakeholders (including marketing leadership) by establishing deadlines, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring that content and promotional tasks remain on track.

• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with venues and vendors while closely tracking event budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional event planning experience in a B2B environment, with a solid history of managing multi-day conferences and upscale evening networking events.

• Outstanding organizational abilities and a proactive management approach; adept at managing upwards to ensure leadership adheres to content and promotional deadlines.

• Willingness to commit to a remote contract until October 2026, with guaranteed availability for on-site travel to Denver from October 9–13.
