This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of Kubermatic’s participation at external conferences and trade shows (including booth setup, logistics, and on-site management).
• Oversee the coordination of event-related materials such as booth assets, demonstrations, and branded merchandise (SWAG).
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, manage lead follow-ups, data reporting, and invitation procedures.
• Support the planning of smaller-scale activities such as webinars, meetups, and workshops (without full ownership).
• Manage marketing content and branding across all marketing channels related to events and campaigns.
• Liaise with external vendors, partners, and service providers for event-related deliverables.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, partners, and the product team, to achieve ROI.
• Completed vocational training in event management, marketing, or a related field, or possess 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Some practical experience in supporting events, marketing activities, or project coordination.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks at once.
• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
