This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take charge of enhancing Chainstack’s marketing website and conversion-oriented web platforms across product, campaign, partner, and SEO and AEO initiatives.
• Develop launch packages for Chainstack products and growth initiatives, encompassing Elastic Nodes, Dedicated Nodes, Self-Hosted solutions, protocol support, marketplace listings, and partner ecosystem projects.
• Create and adapt technical marketing content for various channels, including blog posts, social media, Medium, newsletters, advertisements, and community platforms.
• Design AI-enhanced workflows to minimize manual marketing tasks in content creation, web publishing, campaign setup, reporting, and customer research.
• Aid in attracting high-potential customers through targeted campaigns, optimized landing flows, partner marketing, Telegram and community outreach, retargeting, and lead qualification efforts.
• Assist in establishing and managing product feedback loops, which include NPS campaigns, survey workflows, customer segmentation, and insight reporting.
• Monitor marketing performance through well-defined metrics, dashboards, experiments, and conversion analysis.
• Collaborate with product, DevEx, engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams to transform technical product updates into clear go-to-market materials.
• Actively identify deficiencies in web, content, SEO, social, campaigns, partnerships, and automation, and implement enhancements without waiting for detailed task assignments.
• Over 3 years of experience in technical marketing, growth engineering, web development, product marketing, DevRel marketing, or content engineering.
• Proficient in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and contemporary web publishing workflows.
• Strong familiarity with AI-native workflows, utilizing LLMs, coding agents, research agents, and automation tools on a daily basis.
• Capability to write, edit, and package technical content tailored for developer or infrastructure audiences.
• Solid understanding of SEO, AEO, analytics, conversion tracking, campaign performance, and marketing funnels.
• Comfortable navigating both paid and organic channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, Medium, newsletters, and community distribution.
• Ability to grasp technical Web3 infrastructure concepts such as RPC, nodes, APIs, wallets, indexing, validators, staking, and self-hosted infrastructure.
• Excellent English communication skills, sound judgment, strong sense of ownership, and a pronounced focus on delivering measurable results.
• Preferred: Experience in marketing developer tools, Web3 infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, APIs, or SaaS platforms.
• Experience with partner marketing, marketplaces, reseller channels, protocol ecosystems, or integration-led growth is an advantage.
• Familiarity with building AI agents, scripts, internal tools, or programmatic marketing workflows.
• Knowledge of tools such as GitHub, HubSpot, Metabase, Notion, YouTrack, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or equivalents.
• Basic design sensibility using Figma or similar software.
