This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement annual marketing strategies that are in line with the company's growth goals and revenue objectives.
• Spearhead product marketing efforts, which include launching machine campaigns, establishing product positioning, and developing technical messaging.
• Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels, including digital platforms, print materials, advertising, and events.
• Strategize and oversee trade show and event marketing plans, which encompass booth messaging, promotional materials, demonstration planning, and lead capture processes.
• Direct digital marketing efforts, including website strategy, SEO optimization, social media initiatives, email marketing campaigns, and paid advertising activities.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to create campaigns that yield qualified leads and enhance pipeline growth.
• Work alongside Engineering, Service, and Applications teams to guarantee that marketing content is technically accurate and reflects actual fabrication workflows.
• Supervise the creation of customer case studies, technical content, videos, white papers, and ROI-focused marketing tools.
• Develop marketing initiatives that promote the growth of XOVR Parts & Service, including service contract marketing, installed-base engagement, and parts promotion campaigns.
• Assist in dealer network expansion through co-branded marketing tools, territory marketing support, and the creation of training content.
• Establish marketing performance metrics and reporting dashboards to monitor ROI, campaign effectiveness, and brand awareness growth.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and coordination with external agencies.
• Build, mentor, and lead marketing team members as the company's growth necessitates.
• Foster accountability across marketing initiatives by adhering to timelines, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring projects are completed within the defined scope and schedule.
• Compile, organize, and maintain all company marketing assets in a centralized, accessible location to ensure brand consistency, version control, and usability across departments.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B industrial, manufacturing, or capital equipment sectors.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing leadership or management.
• Proven track record in managing technical product marketing and trade show initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability in developing marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and service departments.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (experience with Zoho preferred).
