• Manage the implementation of structured snippets.

• Direct and guide an international marketing team.

• Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and explore opportunities.

• Provide mentorship, training, and coaching to ensure sustained high performance within the team.

• Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to enhance user experience and tracking systems.

• Track and assess crucial marketing metrics to maximize return on investment.

• Conduct funnel analysis to pinpoint areas requiring improvement.

• Continuously test and optimize offers, pricing, and promotional strategies.

• Work in conjunction with internal departments to enhance workflows and ensure compliance.

• Address customer concerns and uphold high levels of client satisfaction.

• Formulate and execute strategies to maintain a rising trend in customer satisfaction (CSAT).
