• Develop and uphold a robust brand identity that reflects the company's core values, objectives, and market positioning.

• Construct an all-encompassing marketing playbook detailing various marketing techniques and their effective implementation.
• Discover opportunities for automation, optimal workflows, and approvals to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Focus on expanding and nurturing the marketing team.
• Analyze and manage digital marketing efforts, including website performance, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content generation.
• Oversee relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
• Serve as a bridge between Leadership, Business Development, Marketing, and Delivery, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of objectives.
• Formulate lead generation tactics aimed at driving new customer acquisition and broadening the customer base.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in marketing positions, ideally within the professional services or technology sectors.
• A proven history of devising successful marketing strategies and building teams that contribute to business growth.
• Outstanding communication, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in website analysis, SEO, marketing analytics, and vendor management.
• Strong grasp of marketing automation and best practices.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
