šŸ“‹ Description

• Develop and implement a thorough marketing strategy that aligns with ActBlue's organizational objectives, identifying target markets and effectively communicating our brand narrative across all channels.

• Direct the Marketing team in collaboration with Product and Customer Experience to create go-to-market strategies that cater to our varied user base, from first-time donors to national campaigns.

• Oversee both brand and demand initiatives, ensuring a unified presence across ongoing programs and urgent campaign activations.

• Foster measurable growth in qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue by designing and executing integrated campaigns across email, paid media, paid social, and content.

• Manage the complete campaign lifecycle—from strategy formulation and creative development to deployment and post-campaign evaluation.

• Lead top-of-funnel and mid-funnel initiatives, including lead nurturing, automated workflows, and strategies aligned with sales data to enhance attribution and minimize lead leakage.

• Collaborate with partner teams to enhance lead quality, routing, and handoff procedures—boosting lead-to-opportunity conversion rates throughout the funnel.

• Work with the web team to enhance landing pages and user journeys through A/B testing, personalization, and best practices for conversion rates.

• Act as a strategic ally to business development and campaign teams, ensuring that marketing and sales efforts are closely integrated across the buyer's journey.

• Take ownership of and regularly report on Marketing KPIs to senior leadership, forecasting demand generation outcomes and monitoring progress towards revenue targets.

• Acquire, deploy, and integrate marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot, CRM, Google Analytics, etc.) to establish a scalable, data-driven marketing framework.

• Create and maintain dashboards to track website performance, campaign metrics, and ROI—constantly refining tactics for optimal efficiency.

• Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team, which includes creative, growth, and market research professionals—setting clear objectives and overseeing performance to foster a culture of ability, agility, and humility.

• Build strong cross-functional relationships throughout the organization, serving as a trusted partner and role model.

• Establish connections with client and partner marketing teams to secure joint speaking engagements, testimonials, and co-marketing initiatives.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level position.

• A proven history of successfully leading multiple product launches at a web SaaS company, demonstrating a positive impact on pipeline and revenue.

• Extensive knowledge of the entire customer lifecycle and marketing funnel—from awareness to retention and expansion.

• Practical experience with marketing automation and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and similar tools).

• Strong expertise in demand generation, paid media, content marketing, and lifecycle marketing.

• Exceptional analytical abilities to convert data into actionable strategies and effectively communicate results to senior leadership.

• Demonstrated capability to build, lead, and nurture high-performing teams in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

• A collaborative, low-ego leadership approach with outstanding communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
