Marketing Director – AI, GTM Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and enhance **MQL generation and pipeline contribution**.

• Develop **signal-based marketing systems** aligned with outbound GTM strategies.

• Create and implement **performance marketing campaigns linked to revenue**.

• Utilize **Clay** to enrich data, manage workflows, and facilitate outbound/inbound campaigns.

• Leverage **Claude** for crafting messaging, content generation, personalization, and automating workflows.

• Build **automated marketing systems** using AI and no-code tools (e.g., n8n).

• Improve **MQL to SQL conversion rates** in partnership with sales/GTM teams.

• Oversee and enhance **marketing expenditures and CAC efficiency**.

• Propel **content and campaign strategy** with direct attribution to pipeline.

• Assess and refine **cost per MQL and pipeline ROI**.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Must-Haves**

• Demonstrated experience in **performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation**.

• Practical expertise with **Clay (essential)**.

• Strong hands-on experience utilizing **Claude for marketing, automation, or GTM workflows (essential)**.

• Background in constructing **automated GTM or marketing systems**.

• Experience in a **B2B SaaS or outbound-focused environment**.

• Proven track record of managing **marketing budgets and performance metrics**.

• Solid understanding of **CRM systems and attribution models**.

• Analytical mindset centered on **pipeline, revenue, and unit economics**.

• **Nice-to-Haves**

• Previous experience in a **startup or agency setting**.

• Familiarity with tools such as Smartlead, HeyReach, n8n.

• Experience collaborating with **GTM Engineering or RevOps teams**.

• Deep interest in **AI workflows, automation, and systems thinking**.

• A “builder mentality” with high execution speed and ownership.
