Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Develop and design creatives measured by KPIs across paid social media, display advertising, search engines, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, and partner channels.

• Convert marketing goals into impactful visual solutions specifically aimed at fintech audiences.

• Design and maintain scalable templates for campaign launches, presentations, and marketing materials.

• Assist in organizing and optimizing design workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on messaging, brand standards, and performance objectives.

• Modify and customize creative assets for various markets and audiences as needed.

• Sustain and expand scalable templates and components of the design system.

• Localize and modify creative for multiple markets while ensuring brand integrity is maintained.

• Navigate fluently within the standards of financial promotions, treating claims libraries and risk warnings as specified inputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in fintech or financial services (including trading platforms, SaaS, or related sectors) is required.

• Experience in B2B marketing or working with B2B-centric brands is advantageous.

• A strong portfolio showcasing campaign conceptualization and execution across various channels.

• A solid understanding of marketing principles, including audience targeting, conversion strategies, and brand positioning.

• Experience in creating and managing templates, design systems, or organized workflows.

• Proficient in essential design tools (such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI integrations and tools).

• Comfortable operating within a regulated environment that emphasizes compliance.

• A thorough understanding of marketing fundamentals, including audience engagement, conversion rates, and brand consistency.
