Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create marketing materials for digital platforms, including landing pages, email campaigns, ad creatives, banners, social media content, and other promotional assets.

• Develop design solutions for web products and growth strategies.

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing outputs while introducing innovative creative methods and visual concepts.

• Collaborate with teams in marketing, development, product, and analytics.

• Assess user journeys, pinpoint conversion drop-off points, and recommend design enhancements.

• Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B tests for various marketing materials to boost conversion rates.

• Leverage AI tools to brainstorm ideas and enhance design workflows.

• Engage in the formulation of significant marketing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing / Web / Graphic Design (mid-level).

• Practical experience in creating marketing materials for digital products or product-focused companies.

• A strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, graphic design, and contemporary UI/Web design principles.

• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, user journey mapping, and design focused on business outcomes.

• Familiarity with conducting A/B tests, interpreting results, and applying insights to enhance design.

• Proficiency in using artificial intelligence tools (two or more).

• Skilled in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams, defend design decisions, and accept constructive feedback.

• High level of self-organization, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Intermediate (B1) level or higher in English.

• An updated portfolio showcasing examples of marketing, web, or product design solutions.
