This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create campaign assets in all necessary formats, including digital ads (Google Display, LinkedIn, Meta), email headers, social media graphics, event materials, and presentation decks, ensuring both speed and adherence to brand quality are prioritized equally.
β’ Design and uphold the layout for research reports in Payscale's monthly data publications, utilizing structured data output and narrative copy to deliver publication-ready designs on a monthly schedule.
β’ Manage the self-service template library in Canva and Figma, developing, documenting, and expanding templates that empower Demand Generation, Content, and Communications teams to create routine assets without requiring a design ticket.
β’ Implement asset variations at scale across all required channel sizes using AI-assisted tools, transforming one master design into every necessary format quickly.
β’ Perform basic social animations for Instagram Reels and LinkedIn video posts utilizing Canva Animate and Runway, taking on simpler motion tasks from external motion contractors as AI tools advance and your skills develop.
β’ Work collaboratively with Brand & Demand teams on creative briefs, feedback cycles, and production timelines, demonstrating reliability, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining quality at every transition.
β’ 3β5 years of design experience in a marketing or in-house creative setting, with a portfolio showcasing both skill and versatility.
β’ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (especially for long-form document layout and data report production), along with experience in data visualization design to convert charts, tables, and statistics into accessible, visually appealing layouts.
β’ Experience with Adobe Firefly.
β’ Fluency in Canva AI tools, including Magic Switch, Text to Image, and a configured Brand Kit as standard resources.
β’ Basic knowledge of Figma sufficient for template maintenance and collaboration with the Design Manager on landing page assets.
β’ Strong understanding of layout and typography principles, including visual hierarchy and data visualization design, ensuring dense information remains readable. The research reports demand genuine layout discernment, not merely template application.
β’ Disciplined in production, meeting deadlines, managing multiple assets simultaneously, and communicating clearly when timelines may be compromised.
β’ Self-motivated working style, capable of managing your own workload, identifying blockers early, and not requiring extensive guidance for every brief.
