This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Analyze extensive datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business choices.
• Create and enhance predictive models for customer segmentation, pricing optimization, and demand forecasting.
• Deliver actionable data insights to aid in targeted marketing initiatives, customer retention efforts, and personalized communication.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer experience teams to identify opportunities for improving conversion and retention.
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning methods to address complex business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
• Work alongside data engineering to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability across various systems.
• Document methodologies and convey findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Help cultivate a data-driven culture by sharing insights, tools, and best practices across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a Data Scientist in a dynamic, data-focused environment.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Skilled in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong SQL capabilities and experience handling large-scale datasets.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to transform business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to excel in a fully remote setting, working independently while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• At least 3 years of experience embedded within or consulting for a marketing department, with a talent for translating complex statistical insights into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
• Extensive technical proficiency in navigating and extracting data from the Google ecosystem (Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console). Proven experience using BigQuery for integrating diverse marketing datasets for cross-channel analysis and attribution modeling.
