This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead a critical data transformation initiative.

• Create an operating model, governance frameworks, and decision-making processes.

• Keep an up-to-date overview of the ongoing data initiative portfolio.

• Relay program updates, changes in priorities, and strategic impacts effectively.

• Prepare and facilitate steering committee sessions.

• Cultivate trustworthy relationships at the VP and C-suite levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise program management, product management, or strategic operations.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing governance structures, decision-making forums, and executive communications within large organizations.

• Strong proficiency in both business and technical domains.

• Proven capability to develop and oversee a dynamic program roadmap across various workstreams.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline; advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
