This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Accountable for generating and analyzing marketing data to convert it into actionable information that showcases insights driving marketing performance and investment choices.
• Develops and sustains dashboards and reporting structures that monitor marketing performance across various marketing initiatives, including but not limited to pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and return on investment.
• Evaluates data from multiple systems (Customer Relationship Management or CRM), marketing automation, web analytics, and digital platforms to uncover patterns, trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Converts complex data into clear and concise insights and recommendations that shape marketing strategies and investment decisions.
• Collaborates with channel strategy and marketing operations to guide prioritization, campaign optimization, and performance trade-offs.
• Creates and advances measurement methodologies including attribution, funnel analysis, and campaign performance frameworks.
• Ensures the quality, consistency, and alignment of key metrics across systems and among stakeholders.
• Aids in planning and performance reviews (quarterly and annually) with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Provides ad hoc and in-depth analyses to support campaigns, lifecycle programs, and go-to-market strategies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Usually, 3+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to transform data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience in constructing dashboards and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources into a cohesive performance narrative.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership and translating technical insights into business language.
• Comprehensive understanding of the marketing funnel, channel performance, and KPI relationships, working across various data sources to analyze performance and identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
