This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance Keller Postman's marketing data integrity, lead tracking, and intake processes.
• Conduct audits, analyses, and reconciliations of lead and client records against digital marketing campaign data to ensure accuracy from ad click to signed client.
• Establish, maintain, and troubleshoot digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, display) with direct, hands-on experience in configuring campaign tracking and conversion events.
• Oversee and monitor integrations between marketing platforms and the firm's data warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate flow of lead and spend data.
• Detect and resolve duplicate leads/matters or clients who do not fulfill requirements, and manage lead refunds or credits with advertising vendors promptly.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and communication with ad platform vendors and third parties for precise reconciliation of campaign and lead data.
• Identify the root causes of deficiencies in marketing or intake data and alert internal and external stakeholders to address process or integration issues collaboratively.
• Maintain a comprehensive and evolving understanding of lead sources as they pertain to marketing expenditure, campaign performance, finance, and platform integrations.
• Analyze large datasets to pinpoint problematic, deficient, or mismatched data based on the needs of marketing and attorneys.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business needs and collect detailed functional requirements for process enhancements, data discrepancy resolutions, or efficiency improvements.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in large-scale data auditing, preferably in a digital marketing or lead generation environment.
• Required direct experience in managing or auditing paid digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google).
• A background in Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, Legal, or Finance is preferred.
• A college degree is mandatory.
• Required firsthand experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
• Necessary working knowledge of marketing platform-to-data warehouse integrations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Sigma is essential.
• Ideal candidates should have experience with Salesforce and/or marketing analytics tools.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
