This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop customer proofs for branded apparel, promotional merchandise, signage, and other products.
• Generate clean and professional mockups utilizing provided logos, product images, templates, and brand guidelines.
• Prepare artwork files for internal review, client approval, and production processes.
• Resize, edit, clean up, and modify customer-supplied artwork as necessary.
• Design straightforward layouts for flyers, digital advertisements, social media posts, email banners, website graphics, and promotional materials.
• Adhere to established brand guidelines for both The Promo Addict and You Need A BBQ.
• Assist in maintaining uniformity across all marketing materials, presentations, and customer-facing graphics.
• Organize and archive design files in the appropriate folders with correct file naming conventions.
• Prepare precise proofs for customer approval.
• Review spelling, logo placement, colors, product details, quantities, and sizing before sending out proofs.
• Update proofs based on input from the sales or production teams.
• Create print-ready or production-ready files as needed.
• Convert, export, and package files in the necessary formats such as PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, SVG, or other required file types.
• Ensure artwork is clean, usable, and ready for production.
• Report any poor-quality logos, missing information, or artwork issues to the relevant team member.
• Help create and format email newsletters for both businesses.
• Prepare graphics and layouts for promotional campaigns, product launches, sales events, BBQ classes, seasonal promotions, and branded merchandise campaigns.
• Support social media content by designing graphics, resizing images, and preparing post layouts.
• Assist in updating website graphics, product images, banners, and promotional visuals as required.
• Support with basic marketing calendars, campaign checklists, and project tracking.
• Repurpose existing content into various formats, such as transforming a newsletter graphic into a social media post or website banner.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in production, marketing, or graphic design positions.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, Shopify, WooCommerce, social media scheduling tools, or basic website updates is a plus.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong graphic design capabilities with a keen eye for layout, spacing, fonts, and brand consistency.
• Ability to prepare clean and accurate customer proofs.
• Excellent written English and a strong focus on grammar and spelling.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to brand standards.
