This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of and oversee marketing workflows, timelines, and deliverables across teams and external vendors.
• Create and uphold organized systems using project management tools.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are achieved without needing leadership intervention.
• Collaborate with various external partners, such as agencies, developers, and designers.
• Document procedures and playbooks to guarantee repeatable execution.
• Manage the content calendar, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
• Direct messaging, tone, and narrative across all marketing channels.
• Ensure consistency and quality in written communication and brand voice.
• Analyze campaign performance and refine strategies based on engagement metrics.
• Work alongside internal and external contributors to maintain a unified output.
• Spearhead the creation of marketing assets, including catalogs, presentations, and campaign materials.
• Transform ideas into high-quality, on-brand deliverables that resonate with a luxury audience.
• Guide designers and manage production timelines for creative projects.
• Ensure visual consistency and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee the visual execution of email campaigns, including images and multimedia elements.
• Collaborate with external agencies on paid campaigns, SEO, and content initiatives.
• Guarantee timely launch of campaigns that align with brand and business objectives.
• Monitor basic performance metrics and assist in optimization efforts.
• Manage website updates to ensure digital consistency.
• Support the planning and execution of trade shows and events.
• Coordinate marketing materials, logistics, and follow-up procedures.
• Create sales-enablement materials to aid in lead conversion.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales teams to enhance pipeline performance.
• Must-Haves (Required)
• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, content, or creative roles.
• Proven track record in managing multi-vendor or agency-led marketing functions.
• Strong expertise in project management and workflow development.
• Hands-on experience in overseeing content and creative output (beyond mere coordination).
• Significant experience in email marketing, including visual campaign execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance workflows, output, or efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with a systems-thinking approach.
• Capability to accept direct feedback and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis (Miami and Panama).
• Based in Latin America (LATAM).
• Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Experience in luxury, hospitality, or high-end design sectors.
• Basic graphic design knowledge for effective art direction.
• Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms.
