Marketing Creative Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create engaging content across various formats: newsletters, social media posts, campaign materials, brand documentation, landing pages, one-pagers, and pitch decks.

• Convert client briefs and brand guidelines into polished, on-brand deliverables.

• Leverage Claude and similar LLMs to enhance research, drafting, and revision processes, while exercising strong editorial judgment to elevate the final output.

• Utilize Lovable or similar no-code platforms to construct and launch simple web assets as necessary.

• Handle multiple client projects at the same time without compromising on quality or attention to detail.

• Communicate proactively to seek clarity and identify any discrepancies before finalizing deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing authentic creative work — complete deliverables that have been published, not just concepts or mockups.

• Proven, hands-on expertise with Claude or similar AI tools — demonstrate their application in your workflow.

• Proficient in tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe, or their equivalents.

• Excellent written English skills — capable of crafting an impactful headline and a concise paragraph, understanding the distinction between the two.

• Ability to take a brief and deliver a first draft within 24 hours.

• Remote work availability during US business hours (minimum overlap from 10am–4pm ET).

• Strong Plus

• Experience managing multiple client brands concurrently (prior agency experience preferred).

• Familiarity with brand systems and the ability to navigate them without diminishing their integrity.

• A keen eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy — not limited to content production alone.

• Your portfolio consists of AI-generated content with no clear evidence of your editorial input.

• You require extensive guidance to initiate a project.
