Marketing Creative Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Support the development of brand guidelines for each WBL brand, addressing elements like logo application, color schemes, typography, imagery aesthetics, and tone of voice, while also overseeing rebranding initiatives for new LLCs, which include logo creation, visual identity systems, and brand execution;

• Develop social media content for both organic and paid initiatives, craft assets for email and SMS campaigns such as headers, banners, CTAs, and templates, and produce marketing collateral including one-pagers, brochures, case studies, infographics, and sales enablement materials;

• Design presentation decks and enhance existing PowerPoint slides by integrating professional images and layouts;

• Generate innovative ideas for multi-channel campaigns encompassing paid search, social media, email, and events, while creating A/B test variations for advertisements, landing pages, and email campaigns;

• Manage and uphold the creative asset library for all brands, including templates, logos, images, and fonts, ensuring easy access for the team and partners;

• Create toolkits such as co-branded rate sheets, flyers, email templates, and social media graphics;

• Develop event materials including booth graphics, signage, and promotional items for conferences and broker events;

• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, including the website, application forms, customer portal, and loan documentation;

• Verify that all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines as well as legal and compliance requirements;

• Collaborate with the Marketing Intelligence Analyst and Data Scientist to integrate performance insights into creative updates.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is essential. Equivalent professional experience will also be taken into account.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or marketing design roles;

• A robust portfolio demonstrating creative work across various channels, including social media, email, web, and print;

• Experience in upholding brand guidelines and managing visual identity systems;

• Proven ability to produce a substantial volume of creative work under tight deadlines;

• Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for visual content;

• Experience in designing email campaigns with an understanding of email design limitations, such as mobile responsiveness and image-to-text ratios;

• Ability to distill complex financial products into clear, visually appealing messaging;

• Experience collaborating with brand compliance and legal review processes.

• Background in financial services, lending, or B2B marketing;

• Experience working in multi-brand environments or agency contexts;

• Experience in creating data visualizations or infographics to effectively relay performance metrics.

• Knowledge of design principles focused on conversion optimization (including CTA placement, visual hierarchy, etc.);

• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles for landing pages and improving conversion rates;

• Familiarity with website builders (such as WordPress, HubSpot CMS, Webflow) for implementing minor design updates.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects simultaneously;

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.

• Expert proficiency in Canva and Figma;

• Basic video editing skills and experience with motion graphics or animation software (such as After Effects, Lottie, etc.);

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign preferred);

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms.
