This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Strategize, develop, schedule, and share content across MHP’s social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
• Craft captions, graphics, and short-form content that embody MHP’s approachable, straightforward, and destigmatizing voice.
• Utilize AI tools to generate content ideas, draft text, and expedite production while maintaining a human, brand-consistent tone.
• Monitor comments and messages, escalating any that require a clinical or leadership response.
• Track fundamental engagement metrics and provide concise insights on effective strategies.
• Update and manage the WordPress website, including text, images, service pages, and blog entries.
• Ensure web content is accurate, up-to-date, and in line with the MHP brand style guide.
• Make minor design and layout modifications and address small site issues as they arise.
• Assist with basic SEO practices and confirm that links, forms, and pages are functioning properly.
• Create and format documents, flyers, one-pagers, and simple marketing materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials using MHP’s color palette, typography, and voice guidelines.
• Organize and maintain shared marketing files, templates, and resources.
• Support outreach efforts to potential referral sources, community partners, and collaborators.
• Draft and send professional outreach emails while tracking responses and follow-ups.
• Provide light operational and administrative assistance to the marketing and leadership teams.
• Research tools, trends, and opportunities that could facilitate MHP’s growth.
• Highly proficient with technology and quick to adapt to new platforms and software.
• Strong enthusiasm for and practical knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and others).
• Comfortable and experienced with AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) to assist with content and daily tasks.
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for tone, grammar, and detail.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and the capability to manage multiple small projects.
• Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional, distraction-free home office.
• Must reside in California, Nevada, or Arizona.
• Flexible scheduling within Pacific Time business hours.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
