📋 Description

• Social Media Management: Format, publish, and oversee social media content across various platforms. Monitor engagement and suggest enhancements.

• Email Marketing: Establish, format, schedule, and track email marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives.

• Content Creation: Design visuals for social media, blogs, and other marketing initiatives using tools like Canva.

• Blog & Website Management: Oversee the formatting and scheduling of blog posts via WordPress, ensuring content is optimized for SEO.

• Video & Podcast Coordination: Handle YouTube video uploads and weekly podcast marketing, including crafting descriptions, social media copy, images, and publishing on platforms.

• AI Tools & Innovation: Utilize AI tools to generate content ideas and enhance marketing processes.

• Guest & Prospect Research: Investigate potential podcast guests and prospects, utilizing defined criteria to broaden our network.

• Marketing Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, proposing new strategies or tactics for growth and enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in coordinating and managing impactful B2B marketing strategies.

• Knowledge of fostering organic engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.

• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, WordPress, ConvertKit, Captivate, Castmagic, or similar software.

• Basic graphic design capabilities.

• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a remote team.
