Marketing Coordinator, Native French Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cameroon.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily operations of the Global Marketing Team

• Enhance marketing processes, facilitate cross-team collaboration, manage reporting, and execute projects

• Aid in the execution of global marketing campaigns by monitoring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies

• Coordinate efforts between cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders

• Organize face-to-face calls as necessary to clarify briefs and prevent misalignment

• Gather data from various teams for marketing performance reports and dashboards

• Ensure shared folders are maintained and campaign materials are archived properly

• Support the preparation of onboarding documentation for new team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Native French speaker

• Proficient in English

• Exceptional organizational and project coordination abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com

• Experience with Salesforce is advantageous

• Keen attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently

• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset

• Capable of collaborating with global, multicultural teams

• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Linguistics, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related area is preferred

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or operations is preferred

• 2-3 years of experience in communications, linguistics, or translation is preferred

• Relevant experience in education or with a global marketing team is desirable

• Must operate under a Consultancy agreement
