• The Marketing Coordinator II plays a vital role within the marketing team, ensuring seamless daily operations by managing essential administrative tasks and providing exceptional support.
• Responsible for overseeing various marketing initiatives, including scheduling social media posts, assisting with design modifications, coordinating business card orders, and managing requests for promotional items.
• Serves as a key contact for sales teams, employees, and other stakeholders, delivering prompt and effective responses to inquiries and requests.
• Coordinates and schedules content across social media platforms to uphold a consistent brand image.
• Manages inventory and orders of company-branded merchandise, facilitating smooth purchasing processes and addressing customer service inquiries related to store products.
• Assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of company and branch events by managing logistics, aiding with setup, and ensuring the successful delivery of each event.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or an administrative support role is necessary.
• Relevant experience may include internships, part-time positions, or volunteer activities in a comparable role.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing positions is essential.
• Basic experience in managing or scheduling posts on social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) is required.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sendible) is an advantage.
• Background in administrative tasks, including organizing files, managing documents or spreadsheets, and coordinating meetings or events.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other project management software (e.g., Monday.com) is necessary.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting common technology issues (e.g., password resets, managing access to online platforms, assisting with platform navigation).
• Experience in coordinating or assisting with company or team events, managing logistics, and handling communications.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with cross-functional teams.
• Basic design skills for creating or editing marketing materials, such as social media graphics, banners, and flyers, using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
