This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Assist in the creation, scheduling, quality assurance, and launching of email and SMS campaigns utilizing Twilio and SendGrid under the guidance of senior staff.
• Aid in establishing and evaluating automated lifecycle flows, including onboarding sequences, re-engagement campaigns, retention triggers, and various lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Support the management of audience lists, segmentation criteria, suppression files, and documentation of workflows.
• Help prepare and format email templates in collaboration with the design team.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, internal deliverables, and marketing calendars to ensure timely launches of campaigns.
• Maintain orderly libraries of marketing assets, templates, and documentation related to campaigns.
• Assist in setting up A/B tests and document results for subject lines, calls to action (CTAs), and content variations.
• Aid in testing, tracking, and reporting for email and SMS campaigns.
• Compile and sustain performance reports that track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, engagement, and unsubscribes.
• Assist in identifying trends within campaign data and highlight opportunities for optimization and process enhancement.
• Help ensure compliance of all campaigns with applicable regulations including CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR.
• Assist with list hygiene tasks, including managing bounces, opt-outs, and suppression lists.
• Maintain documentation of campaign workflows, platform configurations, operational processes, and guides.
• Support continuous improvements in marketing processes and operational workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and senior team members to align on campaign objectives and priorities.
• Work with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure accurate execution of campaigns, timely delivery of assets, and brand-consistent messaging.
• Engage in team meetings, contribute ideas, and ask questions.
• Up to 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related fields (internships and relevant coursework are included).
• Basic understanding of email marketing concepts such as deliverability, segmentation, open rates, and click-through rates.
• Comfortable working with data and digital tools; familiarity with dashboards and spreadsheets is essential.
• Strong attention to detail: you have a keen eye for noticing what others might overlook and prioritize quality.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Eagerness to learn marketing platforms and develop into a technical marketing role.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Any practical experience with an email platform (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, SendGrid, or similar).
• Exposure to SMS marketing or a basic understanding of how SMS campaigns function.
• Familiarity with A/B testing principles.
• Basic HTML knowledge or a willingness to learn about email templating.
• Education or coursework in marketing, communications, business, or similar fields.
• Any experience within digital, tech, or startup environments.
