Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement and support marketing initiatives across various channels including email, website, social media, direct mail, and print.

• Organize and schedule customer communications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and timely delivery.

• Assist in the creation and design of content using Adobe Creative Suite.

• Develop and monitor campaigns within HubSpot Marketing Hub.

• Create presentations and reports using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

• Oversee marketing projects and timelines with Microsoft Planner.

• Aid in the creation of marketing materials, covering aspects from copywriting to layout and production.

• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm, strategize, and implement new marketing initiatives.

• Help uphold our brand voice across all customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or an agency setting (internships included!).

• Proven expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Planner for managing projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality.

• Capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• A collaborative spirit—eager to engage, learn, and contribute.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
