Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist in marketing operations and workflow management.

• Support efforts in email marketing and social media engagement.

• Organize tasks, timelines, and manage project follow-ups.

• Facilitate internal and client communications effectively.

• Utilize tools such as Asana, Slack, and various email platforms.

• Maintain organization, precision, and timely delivery of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or comparable roles.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and work autonomously.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.

• Proficient in English (C1 level).

• Availability to work Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
