This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Oversee comprehensive logistics for events, trade shows, and industry conferences in collaboration with external event firms and venues.
• Manage attendee briefings: create run-sheets, prepare talking points, distribute pre-event communications, and ensure internal attendees are well-informed about their roles and locations.
• Organize merchandise, promotional materials, signage, and giveaways—this includes sourcing, ordering, monitoring shipments, and managing inventory levels.
• Monitor event budgets and handle vendor invoicing.
• Develop and maintain event playbooks to ensure continuous improvement for each event.
• Implement ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaign workflows: carry out target account research, content sequencing, tactical activities, and campaign quality assurance.
• Coordinate campaign assets among stakeholders—including designers, copywriters, marketing automation specialists, and Sales—while maintaining timelines and deliverables.
• Set up, optimize, and monitor digital marketing initiatives across Google, LinkedIn, and other pertinent channels.
• Maintain target account lists and segmentation in Salesforce and Airtable.
• Generate basic campaign performance reports and provide insights for the marketing and sales teams.
• Assist with content production: formatting, proofreading, sourcing images, and basic asset assembly.
• Organize webinars, podcast bookings, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
• Lead the creation of marketing materials (e.g., flyers, pull-up banners, signage, and printed assets) from the initial briefing through to execution.
• Support social media and email marketing efforts as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, events coordinator, or campaign support position—preferably in a B2B SaaS, tech, or a dynamic commercial environment.
• Proven experience managing events from start to finish, including vendor management and logistics.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities—capable of managing multiple workstreams without overlooking details.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; comfortable collaborating with Australian-based stakeholders across various time zones.
• Familiarity with marketing tools: HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms, Salesforce or comparable CRM systems, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a preference for execution over perfection.
