This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Content Coordination & Publishing: Assist in planning, organizing, and formatting content across our primary brand profiles, CEO-led channels, and our main website developed on WordPress.
• Calendar & Asset Management: Take ownership of the content calendars, overseeing internal deadlines, assets, files, design briefs, trackers, and approval processes to ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Cross-Functional Syncing: Collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager, graphic designers, media managers, copywriters, and senior stakeholders to effectively guide ideas from concept to live posting.
• Multi-Format Repurposing: Strategically break down core long-form content into engaging, social-first formats suitable for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and community platforms.
• Rigorous QA & Scheduling: Upload, schedule, format, and meticulously quality-check every link, caption, alignment, and tag to guarantee flawless public execution.
• Newsletter Delivery: Organize, test, format, and distribute our digital marketing email newsletters.
• Community Support: Assist in growing and managing engagement within our exclusive channels such as the *Search Everywhere Academy* and *Agency Owners Club*.
• AI Integration & Development: Actively utilize AI systems and specialized tools to draft initial content variations, optimize workflows, and uphold a consistent, scalable production standard.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor baseline social and content performance metrics to aid the team in assessing which content resonates most with our audience.
• Experience: You possess prior experience in content coordination, social media management, blog oversight, community management, or a related role in a digital marketing agency or B2B environment.
• Attention to Detail: You maintain exceptionally high visual and written standards. You are the type who immediately identifies a broken link, formatting error, or off-brand alignment.
• Organizational Mastery: You excel in project management and thrive while juggling multiple timelines without requiring micromanagement to meet recurring deadlines.
• Social & Media Instincts: You have a passion for online culture, social networks (particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube), and content creators. You inherently understand how to create clean, clear, and engaging digital content.
• Communication: Your written and spoken English is clear, concise, and highly professional. You effectively represent the brand while collaborating with writers, designers, and managers.
• Marketing Toolkit: You are comfortable using modern workflow tools, scheduling platforms, and standard digital marketing stacks (e.g., Monday.com, Google Workspace, Buffer, GA4, GSC, Semrush).
• AI Literacy: You are enthusiastic about using advanced AI tools (such as Gemini) to streamline drafts, improve efficiencies, and enhance consistency in your workflows.
• Autonomy: You are highly self-managing, proactive, and bring a solution-focused attitude to the team. You do not wait for reminders for every subsequent step.
