This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and revise project sheets, resumes, brochures, and one-pagers.
• Ensure consistency in branding by maintaining style guides, templates, and logos; verify that all marketing and proposal materials comply with our brand standards.
• Collaborate with regional offices to assist in uploading projects to the website.
• Manage the uploading, tagging, categorization, and organization of all digital assets within the firm’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Conduct quality control and format compliance checks: Review assets to ensure they meet visual, technical, and brand criteria.
• Establish and uphold metadata standards, controlled vocabularies, taxonomy, naming conventions, and folder structures to ensure consistency, findability, and scalability.
• Audit and cleanse existing assets: eliminate duplicates, rectify metadata errors or missing tags, and apply uniform standards.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, data management, communications, or a related discipline.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skills in copy editing and proofreading.
