This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Create and publish content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Develop and release blog posts and email marketing campaigns.
• Aid in the upkeep of a consistent content calendar.
• Assist in the creation of educational materials for DSCR and SBCRE.
• Collaborate on concepts, messaging, and positioning for campaigns.
• Support the setup and execution of email campaigns.
• Revise website content and blog posts as necessary.
• Help in the creation and organization of marketing collateral and sales resources.
• Assist with the promotion of webinars and events.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and task tracking systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, credit, leadership) for content contributions.
• Help organize assets, documents, and templates.
• Support the reporting and tracking of campaign effectiveness.
• Manage and oversee the Gradient WordPress website.
• Publish and format blog entries, landing pages, and updates.
• Ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and readability optimization.
• Make revisions to existing pages (text, links, images, formatting).
• Assist with basic SEO enhancements (meta descriptions, headers, keywords).
• Troubleshoot minor website issues and liaise with developers as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital roles.
• Practical experience managing and updating websites using WordPress.
• Solid understanding of HTML and web formatting principles.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities (this is essential).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Experience with Canva or comparable design tools.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and evolve.
• Collaborate closely with senior marketing leadership and receive direct mentorship.
• Gain hands-on experience across content creation, web management, campaigns, and strategy.
• Exposure to high-growth sectors such as DSCR and SBCRE lending.
