Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Project & Campaign Coordination: Assist in the execution of global marketing campaigns and initiatives by monitoring timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies.

• Team & Stakeholder Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for coordination between cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, ensuring a smooth flow of information and adherence to tasks. If necessary, organize in-person meetings to clarify briefs and prevent misalignment.

• Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Gather data from various teams to aid in the development of marketing performance reports and dashboards.

• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Oversee shared folders, ensure proper archiving of campaign materials, and support the creation of onboarding documentation for new team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)

• Experience with Salesforce is an advantage

• Keen attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

• A proactive, solutions-driven approach

• Ability to work collaboratively with global, multicultural teams

• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or operations

• Familiarity with Salesforce is an asset

• Previous experience in education or within a global marketing team is preferred.
