Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of strategic marketing initiatives and activities.

• Aid in the execution of marketing plans that encompass social media content, email content, and more.

• Provide support to the marketing and design teams by coordinating various tasks.

• Assist the marketing team with the preparation of SEO-related content and initiatives.

• Perform market research to uncover potential marketing opportunities.

• Aid the marketing manager in formulating and assessing marketing strategies by establishing objectives, organizing promotional materials, and updating schedules.

• Help convey campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables to other departments, as well as provide instructions for usage and promotion.

• Organize and refine service offerings into user-friendly concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.

• Minimum of two years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar position.

• A critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in copywriting and proofreading.

• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma and Canva) and email marketing platforms.

• Understanding of Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.

• Ability to analyze and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Skill in simplifying complex information into an easily understandable format.

• Capacity to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.

• Experience in the health and wellness sector is an advantage.

• Willingness to work as an Independent Contractor.

• Availability for night shifts.

• Must have a work-from-home setup, necessary equipment, and a reliable internet connection.
