This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Carry out weekly marketing activities as outlined in the marketing strategy.
• Maintain an organized and transparent marketing calendar.
• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and updates.
• Compose, format, and distribute newsletters.
• Enhance email engagement by improving open and click rates.
• Ensure consistent communication with families and referrers.
• Upload and refresh website content including blogs, services, and group programs.
• Transform therapist-generated content into accessible, family-oriented copy.
• Collaborate with the website provider to implement necessary updates.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of content.
• Create captions and design simple graphics using Canva.
• Facilitate engagement where suitable.
• Support the Marketing Manager with various campaigns on Google and Meta.
• Aid in crafting landing page content, ad copy drafts, and campaign coordination.
• Monitor and report on performance trends.
• Provide concise weekly updates regarding marketing activities.
• Track essential metrics such as enquiries/referrals, email performance, and campaign activities.
• Identify successful strategies and areas needing improvement.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written English skills with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
• Experience in email marketing and managing website content updates.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle ongoing tasks effectively.
• Confidence in working independently and remotely.
• Desirable:
• Experience in healthcare, allied health, or services related to NDIS.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing performance metrics.
• Experience in supporting paid advertising or marketing campaigns.
