This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the operational framework of our marketing initiatives.
• Oversee events from initial concept through to follow-up activities.
• Create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
• Report directly to the VP of Growth while collaborating closely with sales and customer support teams.
• Plan and carry out industry conferences and events.
• Submit proposals for speaking engagements and manage all logistical aspects.
• Monitor leads and return on investment from events.
• Develop one-pagers, case studies, and blog articles.
• Keep the marketing calendar and project tracker updated.
• Foster and manage relationships with vendors.
• 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or content production (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated proactive ownership of projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, manage individual responsibilities, and solve problems quickly.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace and project management tools.
• A keen interest in B2G sales and the transportation/parking sector.
• Openness to edit and publish various types of content.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments where multitasking is essential.
