This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the performance of affiliate partners to uncover opportunities for enhancing efficiency across various traffic sources and lines of business (LOB).

• Confirm performance outcomes, monitor for irregularities or potential fraud, and ensure adherence to program standards.

• Assist in optimizing marketing campaigns through data analysis and testing, including A/B testing initiatives.

• Help manage relationships with affiliate partners by providing daily support and ensuring alignment with program objectives.

• Contribute to the planning and execution of campaigns, including content initiatives such as newsletters and communications with partners.

• Create and assess business-to-consumer marketing materials (email, direct mail, digital assets) to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

• Support business-to-business marketing efforts by collaborating with stakeholders across sales, legal, product, and external partners.

• Oversee timelines and deliverables for marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

• Utilize data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to refine strategies and boost marketing performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, technology) to enhance tracking, reporting, and campaign effectiveness.

• Develop and implement test-and-learn strategies aimed at continuously improving performance and customer experiences.

• Remain current with industry trends and best practices in affiliate and digital marketing.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in **Digital Marketing**, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Marketing.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience collaborating with agency partners, publishers, or third-party marketing platforms is advantageous.

• **Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)** proficiency.

• **Power BI (Entry Level)** knowledge.

• Experience utilizing data and analytics to inform marketing decisions.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.

• Attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and performance validation.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Familiarity with performance-based marketing models (e.g., pay-per-lead, affiliate programs) is a significant advantage.

• Exposure to campaign testing (A/B testing) and optimization strategies.
