This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated credit union clients, fostering relationships at all management levels.
• Discover, create, and execute data-driven marketing strategies aimed at improving the performance of client card portfolios.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing plans, including project management and pro forma analysis.
• Perform post-campaign analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives against established performance metrics.
• Utilize data analytics tools to explore extensive datasets, uncovering patterns, trends, and connections.
• Convert raw data into actionable insights and marketing recommendations for the business.
• Prepare communication materials that summarize insights and fact-based suggestions.
• Deliver performance metrics and insights to both clients and senior management.
• Collaborate with Client Growth Executives, Marketing Specialists, Data Analysts, and Creative teams on executing campaigns.
• Provide subject matter expertise for strategic initiatives across the company.
• Stay informed about Visa, MasterCard, Fiserv, regulatory changes, industry trends, competitors, products, services, and marketing tactics.
• Identify and suggest process enhancements for improved efficiency, scalability, and productivity.
• Engage in continuous learning and sharing of internal knowledge.
• Monitor marketing risks and ensure regulatory compliance, maintaining thorough documentation of work papers, data, plans, and outcomes.
• Conduct market research to support campaign development and provide client consultation.
• Assist with billing and reconciliation of consulting services, client discounts, and financial tracking.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in marketing quantitative analysis and/or direct experience in credit card, debit, and digital marketing is required.
• Experience in client service is essential.
• Familiarity with underwriting practices, collection methods, credit union service models, credit and debit processing, fees, interchange, pricing, and risk is required.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools and analyzing large datasets.
• Understanding of marketing strategy, campaign creation, and performance evaluation is necessary.
• Knowledge of Visa, MasterCard, Fiserv, regulatory standards, and industry trends is important.
• Capability to monitor marketing risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry norms.
