This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for our clients.

• Monitor and track key business performance indicators.

• Ability to devise strategies, campaigns, and marketing plans based on data, always aimed at achieving commercial objectives.

• Analyze data and generate performance reports for digital campaigns and loyalty programs.

• Collaborate in the creation and management of content for digital platforms (social media, email marketing, websites, Google, LinkedIn).

• Participate in projects focused on building, strengthening, and positioning brands in both B2C and B2B markets.

• Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis.

• Manage and optimize CRM tools to support customer retention strategies.

• Provide strategic support in consulting processes for brands in the fast-moving consumer goods and services sectors.

• Coordinate tactical campaign activities and ensure their execution with operational excellence.

• Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Bilingual: English and Spanish (Excellent writing and verbal communication skills).

• Experience: 3 to 4 years in marketing roles within fast-moving consumer goods, agencies, consultancies, or retail environments.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and expertise in measurement and analytics: Google Analytics.

• Intermediate Excel skills (analysis, dashboards, data consolidation).

• Desirable: Familiarity with Mailchimp, LinkedIn, among others.

• Experience with CRM and concepts of Customer Experience and loyalty.
